Responsibilities/Extra Information:

We are an 'Outstanding' Montessori Pre-school, located in Gerrards Cross and looking for a dedicated and caring teacher/learning support assistant to join our team.
The role will include supporting a child with emotional development and language delay for 2/3 days a week (to include a Tuesday/Thursday).
The role is initially for one year with a view to extending the term after this point.
The role would be to commence in September ’24, although some flexibility with this could be considered.

We operate with a very high pupil/teacher ratio. Our teachers are exceptional early years educators, with a genuine love of children.
This will be a special and rewarding position for a dedicated Early Years professional, who is looking for part-time hours, term time. Working within a highly established school, alongside a supportive and professional team of staff.

The candidate will be working with a delightful SEN child, in line with their SEN Support Plan targets and outcomes. They will have had experience working in an Early Years/Primary setting and have good knowledge of the EYFS. The candidate will also be required to be supportive in the general working practices within the school, and become a collaborative and dedicated member of our team of teachers. Advise and support from the Schools SEN Lead and the child’s Key Worker will be ongoing.
