Qualifications/Experience:

Level 3 in childcare required.
Experience working within a childcare setting previously.

Responsibilities/Extra Information:

We are looking for an experienced Preschool Practitioner to work with a mature team of outstanding staff who enjoy supporting and caring for a small group of children. The current hours on offer are between 8:30-3:30 Monday to Friday, with the option to work part time, 3 or 4 days a week, term time only. West Wycombe Preschool prides itself on its intimate team that’s works as a unit to provide imaginative and exciting activities aimed at allowing each child to develop at their own pace with the support they need.

A vacancy has become available within our team due to a member of staff move into working in a school. The Preschool encourages staff to participate in training over and above that which is required to follow your interests and individual self improvement.

We work on lower staff to children ratios to allow the staff to build strong relationships with their key children and their families.
