Qualifications/Experience:

Minimum Level 3 qualification in children’s care, learning and development.
Two years’ experience at deputy level or equivalent working in an early years setting.
Forest school trained would be welcomed.

Manor Farm Pre-School is an Ofsted Outstanding setting that caters for 2-4 year olds in Hazlemere.
We offer the children the opportunity to learn through play in a stimulating and nurturing environment. Manor Farm Pre-School has been operating since the1970's and is run by a Voluntary Management Committee.
We are seeking an experienced, kind, caring and dedicated person to lead our staff team in ensuring all children are supported to achieve their potential.

Core Purpose of Post:
To actively lead, support and develop our pre-school team to provide a safe, nurturing, happy, inclusive environment with high quality education and care for young children.
To maintain our nurturing ethos where all children are treated as individuals, and learn, thrive, develop and achieve their potential.
To be responsible for the efficient day to day running of the pre-school.
To manage, supervise and support our pre-school staff.
To fulfil the legal and statutory framework, ensuring Ofsted requirements are met.
To work in partnership with the Management Committee of the pre-school.
To build strong and supportive working relationships with parents and external agencies.
To identify opportunities to further develop the pre-school.
