Qualifications/Experience:

Minimum Level 3 Early years - education and childcare Qualification or equivalent
Ability to meet all standards set out in EYFS
Must hold level 2 maths qualification or achieve within 2 years of starting in the position
Proven post -qualification and experience in working in early education and childcare
Sound IT skills and ability to use Microsoft office programs, nursery management software.
The ability to multi task and establish rapport with staff, families and external agencies

Responsibilities/Extra Information:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled and creative Early years Manager to lead our
experienced and supportive team to deliver outstanding early years education and care.
This is a hands on role, combining operational management with direct work alongside the children and staff within ratio. you will work alongside our finance manager and deputy manager ensuring the highest standards of care and education are maintained throughout the setting.
