Children from 9 months upwards will be eligible for DAF if they meet the following criteria:

• The child must be in receipt of child Disability Living Allowance (DLA) and
• The child attends an early years provider using one of the 9 months to 4 years old funded entitlement offers

Four-year-olds in primary school reception classes are not eligible for DAF funding.
