Qualifications/Experience:

Level 3 Early Years Educator or equivalent - Desirable.
A strong understanding of child development and the EYFS - Desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teamwork.
A commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities/Extra Information:

Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support children’s development and learning through play.
Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Observe, assess, and document children’s progress in line with the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage).
Ensure compliance with all safeguarding, health, and safety regulations.
