Qualifications/Experience:

Early Years Educator Level 2 or 3.
At least 1 year in an Early Years Setting.

Responsibilities/Extra Information:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate educational activities.
• Support children's cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development.
• Observe and assess children's progress to tailor learning experiences.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children at all times.
• Implement safeguarding and child protection policies.
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
• Establish trusting relationships with children, parents, and caregivers.
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and needs.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Maintain clean, organized, and resource-rich play areas.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and incidents.
• Write reports for parents, schools, or other professionals when required.
• Support children with diverse learning needs, abilities, and backgrounds.
• Differentiate activities to meet individual children's needs.
• Stay up-to-date with early childhood education practices and legislation.
• Attend training and professional development sessions.
• Work closely with other educators and support staff.
• Share ideas and strategies to enhance learning experiences.
