Qualifications/Experience:

At least level 3 qualified and at least one year experience in a managerial role.
But happy to support and train on the job.

Responsibilities/Extra Information:

You will need to be able to support a small team and work on the floor with the day to day running making sure all children reach there full potential and their individual needs. Have a good understanding of the EYFS and put it into practice. keep on top of minimal paper work be able to communicate with parents and other professionals. Have an understanding of SEND to be able to support the SENCO in the setting, hold regular staff meetings.
