Qualifications/Experience:

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a minimum of three years experience of working in a nursery
• Be passionate about working in the early years
• Be able to work as part of a team and use your own initiative
• Have a Level 3 (full and relevant early years) or higher qualification
• Have commitment to your role
• Have a fun, can-do attitude
• Have previous experience as a Nursery Deputy Manager (desirable), or in a senior role within a nursery (Room Leader or higher)

Responsibilities/Extra Information:

• Support daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Promote the high standards of the nursery at all times to parents, staff and visitors
• Support the Nursery Manager with their duties
• Work together with your team, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's progress and wellbeing
• Maintain compliance with childcare regulations and standards to ensure high-quality care.
