Qualifications/Experience:

Level 3 Early Years Qualification or higher.

Responsibilities/Extra Information:

Guide, inspire and lead a team of childcare professionals to provide outstanding care and education
Plan and provide a diverse learning environment that offers consistent stimulation and exciting activities for children both inside and outside
Deliver learning experiences that support children’s development and nurture them to achieve personal milestones
Foster strong relationships with colleagues, parents and relevant professionals to attend to each child’s unique needs
Ensure adherence to policies and procedures related to child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding at all times
Collaborate with your team to maintain a safe and happy environment on a daily basis
