Qualifications/Experience:

Level 2 or 3 childcare or playworker qualification

Responsibilities/Extra Information:

To work as a member of a team in planning, running and supervising a wide variety of stimulating activities, complying with health and safety requirements and ensuring the implementation of the Club’s Equal Opportunities policy at all times.
To support the Supervisor in the maintaining the records of registered children and ensure all paperwork is complete, up-to-date and correctly filed.
Provide first aid when necessary, and keep written records of any incidents or accidents in accordance with the Club’s procedures.
To implement the Club’s behaviour policy and all other policies and procedures
To work as a key person for a group of children.
To liaise with the school staff to facilitate co-operation with the school.
To assist the Supervisor in the promotion of the Club’s activities and encourage new membership.
To support the Supervisor in monitoring the condition of the premises and equipment and ensure are used in consideration with other users.
To carry out all duties and responsibilities with reasonable care for health and safety of you and any other persons who may be affected by your acts or omissions at work and to co-operate fully with the County Council in health and safety matters.
