Qualifications/Experience:

• Level 3 Early Years Educator or equivalent - Desirable.
• First aid trained - Desirable
• A strong understanding of child development and the EYFS - Desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teamwork.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities/Extra Information:

• Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 1-5 years.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support children’s development and learning through play.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Observe, assess, and document children’s progress in line with the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage).
• Ensure compliance with all safeguarding, health, and safety regulations.
