Qualifications/Experience:

  • Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Qualification in Childcare as defined by the Department of Education
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience of working in a pre-school setting
  • Ability to lead a team of adults
  • Ability to supervise children to the highest level of care.

Responsibilities/Extra Information:

A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a pre-school supervisor to join our experienced, qualified, and established leadership team.

You will support the leadership team in, providing an emotionally secure, warm, stimulating and safe environment where children can flourish, whilst supporting the children to meet their individual needs. You will have excellent knowledge of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage, together with the ability to implement this in your everyday work. You will have had experience in leading a team and the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire others, fostering a collaborative and inclusive working environment.

We are seeking an exceptional individual to help lead our thriving pre-school and inspire our dedicated staff team. As the Pre-School Supervisor, you will be passionate about early years and be able to facilitate meaningful interactions with our 2-4 year old children, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care and learning experiences.

We are looking for applicants who can show high levels of creativity, in terms of their educational skill set, and also inspire our children and make a positive difference to their learning and lives.
