Qualifications/Experience:

The ideal candidate for this role will be a Nursery Room Leader who has experience working with children in the early years, and loves to be creative and get messy. We are looking for someone with a positive can-do attitude and the willingness for every child in your care to succeed. We are looking for someone who is qualified at Level 3 (early years) or above.

Previous experience of working in a nursery (ideally as a room leader)
Passionate about working in the early years
Able to work as part of a team and use your own initiative
Level 3 or above full and relevant early years qualification
Committed to your role
A fun, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities/Extra Information:

Oversee daily operations of your room, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children
Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote early childhood development
Lead and mentor your team, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's progress and well-being
Maintain compliance with childcare regulations and standards to ensure high-quality care.
