Qualifications/Experience:

Essential:

• Holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or above)
• Has strong knowledge of Ofsted and wraparound care standards
• Is a natural leader with great attention to detail
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills
• Can motivate, support, and grow a positive team culture
• Holds a Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Desirable:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in childcare or wraparound care
• Confident using Microsoft Office and digital tools

Responsibilities/Extra Information:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of your school club site
• Organise and manage resources to deliver high-quality sessions
• Lead on-site staff and support with training & development
• Help design engaging and inclusive activity programmes
• Deliver engaging assemblies and coordinate leaflet drops
• Act as the key point of contact for families and the wider school
• Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and internal quality standards
• Capture and share content for social media and club promotion
• Respond to feedback and engage with customers positively
• Build strong relationships and champion our core values
