Qualifications/Experience:

The ideal candidate will:
Have a minimum of three years experience of working in a nursery
Be passionate about working in the early years
Be able to work as part of a team and use your own initiative
Have a Level 3 (full and relevant early years) or higher qualification
Have commitment to your role
Have a fun, can-do attitude
Have previous experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager (desirable), or in a senior role within a nursery (Room Leader or higher)

Responsibilities/Extra Information:

Support daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children
Promote the high standards of the nursery at all times to parents, staff and visitors
Support the Nursery Manager with their duties
Work together with your team, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's progress and well-being
Maintain compliance with childcare regulations and standards to ensure high-quality care.
