An Exciting Opportunity for a New Early Years’ Provision in Buckinghamshire

The Early Years’ Service at Buckinghamshire Council are seeking expressions of interest for a provider to deliver Childcare and Funded Early Years Education, from birth to 3 years, all year round, from 7:30am to 6:00pm for children and families in the West Wycombe Ward, High Wycombe.

Building Details:

Purpose built building attached to school

On the Booker Hill School Site

Space for under 3’s provision 

Secure outdoor area

Good storage

Scope for developing additional parking

Good Travel Links to A40

Interested parties should send an email expressing their interest in providing this service with a short paragraph setting out their vision to: earlyyears@buckinghamshire.gov.uk

Once received an application pack will be sent out to prospective candidates following the closing date below. All applications will be reviewed and short listed for stage two where the prospective candidates will be invited to interview with Buckinghamshire Council. 

The successful provider will be given the opportunity to lease the premises, for an agreed rent, to enable them to deliver the service as set out in the site-specific specification (released with application pack).

Closing date for expressions of interest: 8th May 2026.

Those shortlisted will be invited to submit a full application including a fully costed business plan. Closing date for applications will be 29th May 2026 and interview dates will then be confirmed.
