Level 2 qualification in Early years

Responsibilities/Extra Information:

• Knowledge of safeguarding and protecting children is paramount
• Assist in the planning and implementation of engaging activities that support children's development across all areas of learning.
• Provide high-quality childcare in accordance with nursery policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive atmosphere.
• Help manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and play sessions.
• Observe and record children's progress, contributing to their individual learning plans.
• Support the lead practitioners in maintaining a safe, clean, and organised nursery environment.
• Drive initiatives that encourage children's social skills, independence, and confidence.
