Qualified to Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years.

Responsibilities/Extra Information:

The Big Top Nursery Roman Park currently has a position for a Qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our small friendly team on a full time basis.
We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at our vibrant nursery setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide high-quality care and education to young children.

Duties:

• Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and develop.
• Communicate effectively with parents, providing daily feedback.

Experience:

• Experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting.
• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to drive positive outcomes for children through innovative teaching methods.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and its implementation
