Qualifications/Experience:

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience of working in a nursery (ideally as a room leader)
• Be passionate about working in the early years
• Be able to work as part of a team and use your own initiative
  Be Level 3 or above qualified (with a full and relevant qualification for early years)
• Have commitment to your role
• Have a fun, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities/Extra Information:

• Oversee daily operations of your room, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote early childhood development
• Lead and mentor your team, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's progress and well-being
• Maintain compliance with childcare regulations and standards to ensure high-quality care.
