Qualifications/Experience:

Level 3 Childcare qualification (Or above)
Experience working in a nursery and leading a team.
Confidence in following the EYFS framework and Ofsted standards.
Great communication skills and a calm, supportive leadership style.

Responsibilities/Extra Information:

We are looking for an experienced and confident room leader to join our team at Ashbourne Day Nurseries at Swanbourne. This is full-time role where you'll lead your room day-to-day, support your team, and help create a warm, engaging environment for the children in your care.

What you will be doing:

• Leading your team and working closely with management.
• Making sure the EYFS and safeguarding requirements and fully met.
• Supporting and developing your team through regular one-to-ones and observations.
• Building strong relationships with parents and carers.
• Supporting occupancy and the nursery's reputation through high-quality practice.
• Taking pride in maintaining a clean, safe, well-equipped room.
