Qualifications/Experience:

• Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting, with previous leadership experience preferred.
  Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
• Passionate about providing high-quality care and education to young children.

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Day Nursery Room Leader - Third In Charge to join our vibrant team.

Role Overview:
As the Day Nursery Room Leader - Third In Charge, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Nursery Manager and leading our team of educators. You will oversee the daily operations of your designated room, ensuring a high standard of care and education for the children. Your leadership will help create a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages both child development and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of educators, fostering a positive and effective working environment.
• Plan and implement engaging activities that promote holistic development.
• Support the Nursery Manager in maintaining compliance with OFSTED standards and health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with parents to build strong relationships and support their children's development.
• Assist in the training and development of new staff members.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children.
