Qualifications/Experience:

Level 2 or 3 Early Years Qualification Driving Licence (preferred)

Responsibilities/Extra Information:

Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation
Stage (EYFS)
Act as a key person for a group of children, building secure attachments and supporting individual development
Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, using assessments to inform next steps
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment, both indoors and outdoors
Support children’s personal care routines, including meals, toileting, and rest times
Promote positive behaviour in line with the setting’s policies
Work in partnership with parents and carers, sharing information about children’s progress and wellbeing
Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are always followed
Maintain accurate documentation, including learning journals and daily records
Support and mentor less experienced staff where appropriate
Work collaboratively as part of the wider early years team
Engage in ongoing training and professional development
