Qualifications/Experience:

Level 3 recogised qualification.
Relevant experience in childcare and Early Years.

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education, supporting children's learning and development, and creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can flourish.
Responsibilities will include:
Provide high-quality care and education for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging activities that support children's learning, development, and wellbeing.
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Observe, assess, and record children's progress, using observations to inform future planning and support individual needs.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
Support children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
Promote positive behaviour and encourage children's independence, confidence, and self esteem.
Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times and report any concerns in accordance with nursery policies.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to children's learning journeys.
Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the setting.
Adhere to all health and safety, hygiene, and safeguarding requirements.
Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities to maintain high standards of practice.

Term Time Only 24.5 hours a week.
