Qualifications/Experience:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent (required)
• Previous nursery or childcare experience (preferred)
• Strong understanding of child development and EYFS standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Warm, patient, and caring approach
• Awareness of health and safety in childcare settings

Responsibilities/Extra Information:

• Provide high-quality care and support for children
• Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities
• Observe and record children’s development, sharing feedback with parents
• Support daily routines such as meals, hygiene, and rest
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised nursery setting
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations
