What the Early Years Service did?

During Childminding Week, we would like to recognise and thank you for the care, commitment and professionalism you provide to children and families across Buckinghamshire every day.

Childminder Wednesday at Bucks Goat Centre

To celebrate Childminding Week, Bucks Goat Centre welcomed us to their ‘Childminder Wednesday’ session. It was lovely to see those of you who travelled from across the county to join us.

    • Exploring the centre and feeding the animals

    • Bubble fun

    • Activities provided by Be Creative Craft Studio

We hope you had a lovely time.

We will also:

    • We engaged with over 64 families at library bounce and rhyme sessions to provide information about careers in childminding and funded entitlements for parents returning to work.
    • Promoted childminding as a rewarding career throughout the week as part of our wider recruitment campaign.
    • Launched a new pre-recorded webinar focused on strengthening childminder sustainability through the Childminder Business and Finance Toolkit.
    • Gathered case studies to highlight the incredible work that childminders in Buckinghamshire do every day to support children and their families

Please do look at Coram Pacey's digital campaign resources. You will find lots of information here including case studies from Childminders.
