Qualifications/Experience:

Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years or related field (required)
Proven leadership experience in a nursery or early years setting (required)
Strong understanding of EYFS, child development, safeguarding, and health & safety
Excellent communication, organisational, and team leadership skills
Warm, approachable, and professional with a real passion for early years education

Responsibilities/Extra Information:

Your Role – EYFS, Life Skills, and Your Ideas As Deputy Nursery Manager, you will:
Lead, inspire, and mentor your team to deliver outstanding care and learning experiences
Deliver EYFS and our unique Life Skills curriculum, while being encouraged to bring your own creative ideas
Deputise for the Nursery Manager and ensure smooth daily operations
Support staff development, training, and performance management
Maintain policies, procedures, and compliance with EYFS standards
Oversee safeguarding, health & safety, and high standards of care
Engage with parents, run events, and provide exceptional customer service
Assist with marketing, occupancy, and nursery growth
