Qualifications/Experience:

We are looking for passion, dedication and warmth and would welcome applications from suitably qualified Early Years staff (Level 2 or 3) with an interest in working with children with additional needs. A flexible, open-minded approach is essential, along with a willingness to try different strategies. A good understanding of Early Years pedagogy is essential. Salary is dependent on experience and is within Bucks Pay Range 1B (6-10).

Responsibilities/Extra Information:

Deliver high quality and challenging learning experiences to all children
Prepare resources under the guidance of the class teacher
Engage in playful and meaningful conversations with children to support language development and promote a love of learning.
Work as a member of a team to ensure high standards of work and care are maintained
Communicate effectively with parents, carers and external professionals
Keep accurate records in accordance with the school’s policies
Take daily responsibility for maintaining a clean and tidy environment
