Qualifications/Experience:

We would like to hear from applicants who are:
Level 3 qualified.
Patient and passionate about working with children and willing to put your all into encouraging them.
Have experience of working with children.
Imaginative, fun and inspirational when it comes to educational activities.
Great at working within a team and able to use their initiative.
Great communicator and have strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities/Extra Information:

Play, engage and assist all children on a daily basis
Provide safe, creative and appropriate play opportunities including planning and pre-paring activities and arranging equipment
Consult with the children and involve them in the planning of activities
Develop and maintain good relationships and communications with parents to facilitate day-to-day caring needs
Prepare snack-time
Help the Room Leader to ensure that a wide range of creative and enjoyable activities are offered
Attend training courses
Attend staff meetings
Follow and understand all safeguarding and risk assessment polices at all times
Manage a group of key children, providing observations and transition reports
