Qualifications/Experience:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent (required)
Previous nursery or childcare experience (preferred)
Strong understanding of child development and EYFS standards
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Warm, patient, and caring approach
Awareness of safeguarding, health and safety in childcare settings

Responsibilities/Extra Information:

Provide high-quality care and support for children
Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment
Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities
Observe and record children’s development, sharing feedback with parents
Support daily routines such as meals, hygiene, and sleep
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised nursery setting
Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations
Undertake training as required
