Qualifications/Experience:

Level 3 in early years or equivalent.
Experience of working in a wraparound/ early years setting/ or school environment.
Knowledge and understanding of the Early Year Framework.
Experience of managing a team is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities/Extra Information:

Working as part of a team.
Managing staff.
Creating a safe nurturing environment for the children.
Working in line with our policies and procedures.
Supporting in planning and delivering activities.
Preparing snacks.
Setting up and packing away each day.
Creating positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
Keeping paperwork up to date.
